One year after its closure due to the coronavirus pandemic, the CEBO restaurant reopens its doors and begins its activity adding to the services that can currently be enjoyed in the exclusive Urban hotel, its iconic terrace and an attractive offer of rooms.
Since April 8, the CEBO team returns with more enthusiasm than ever and starts with two well-established tasting menus, “Somos Cebo” -short and long format- and “Clásicos”. This long-awaited return is also loaded with surprises such as the "Bait Capsules", special menus that will change by season.
The CEBO restaurant, which holds a Michelin star, two Repsol suns and a Metropoli award, has positioned itself as an indisputable benchmark in the capital. Aurelio Morales is responsible for the gastronomic commitment of the Derby Hotels Collection chain with a creative and technical cuisine, which a few months ago received the golden plate of the Red Guide, another recognition that reaffirms the culinary level of the chef, who also directs the kitchen from the Claris Terrace at the Claris Hotel & Spa 5 * GL of Derby Hotels in Barcelona.
